Programme<\/strong>, designed to provide young individuals with both theoretical and practical experience in the <strong>Maritime and Shipping Industry<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This structured 3-phase learnership offers nationally recognised qualifications and valuable workplace exposure within the international trade and logistics environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each phase runs for <strong>12 months<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MSC will fully subsidise study costs and provide a <strong>monthly stipend<\/strong>, with the possibility of an annual bonus based on performance, attendance,
