Successful candidates will ensure the safe and efficient operation of flights while upholding the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and customer service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Flight Operations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensure the safety of flight operations in a timely and efficient manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Monitor the flight path, aircraft systems, and ensure correct procedures are followed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Perform all checks and procedures before, during, and after each flight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Communicate effectively with internal departments, external service providers, and passengers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Assist the Captain with operational and administrative duties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Assume command of the aircraft in the event of the Captain\u2019s incapacitation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Stay updated on SACAA and international aviation regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain compliance with FlySafair Operations Manual and company policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pre-Flight Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Review flight route, weather forecasts, and runway conditions at destination and alternate airports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Conduct all pre-flight checks as per the Operations Manual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Collaborate with the Captain to make informed decisions regarding fuel selection, alternates, and any operational restrictions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In-Flight Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Execute and monitor all normal, abnormal, and emergency checklists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Cross-check all flight instrument indications and immediately report any deviations or hazards to the Captain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Perform R\/T communications when required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Post-Flight Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Complete all post-flight procedures in accordance with the Operations Manual and Flight Crew Operating Manual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Submit required documentation and reports (e.g., IQSMS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements &amp;
