Successful candidates will support general operational and maintenance activities within the Department and report directly to designated Supervisors for daily tasks, monitoring, and attendance supervisors<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Support operational activities within the Department or District offices<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain attendance registers and comply with reporting requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Carry out cleaning, maintenance, or general support tasks where required<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Follow work-related instructions and adhere to safety guidelines<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Assist with programme-related activities in line with EPWP objectives<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Must be unemployed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must reside within the local municipality where the Education District is located (preference will be given to local residents)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applicants from nearby municipalities may be considered if required skills are not available locally (not exceeding 20%)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>People from poor households are encouraged to apply<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>People with disabilities are encouraged to apply<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applicants receiving social grants
