The successful candidate will handle payroll-related activities, record-keeping, petty cash management, and various clerical tasks while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Assist employees in the region with payroll and salary-related activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Compile attendance registers for Administration and Security Departments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Assist employees with completing ill-health and retirement claims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Relieve switchboard personnel as and when required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Keep copies of claims sent to Head Office on a monthly basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Assist stores personnel with stock-taking when necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Reconcile leave, overtime, and standby hours for submission to Head Office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Compile and reconcile vehicle log sheets for all departments and submit them monthly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Compile rental and electricity accounts for employees and private tenants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Prepare claim forms for medical practitioners and FEMA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Process and finalise petty cash claims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Reconcile and sign off petty cash on a weekly basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Properly hand over petty cash to substitute custodians during leave periods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and Health &amp;
