This programme provides structured training and practical workplace experience, allowing learners to be cross-trained to operate both on the sales floor and at the service desk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Learners will gain valuable retail skills, including customer service, merchandising, point-of-sale operations, and stock management.
