These positions form part of Patient Administration and Administrative Support services within the hospital environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Successful candidates will provide frontline administrative support, patient records management, system capturing and general hospital administration functions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Minimum Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grade 12 \/ Matric certificate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Computer literacy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of Batho Pele principles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work under pressure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willingness to work shifts and rotate across sections<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Added Advantage:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>SAP system knowledge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hospital administration experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of UPFS and PAIA Act<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Filing and retrieval of patient records<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Patient registration and ward administration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Performing ward census daily<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capturing and updating patient information on SAP (HIS) system<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tracking patient movement history<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managing downtime registers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handling patient enquiries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Revenue collection for services rendered<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Safekeeping and disposal of files in line with National Archives Act<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assisting SAPS and stakeholders with required documentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rotating across departments including clinics and Accident &amp;
