The successful candidate will be responsible for providing front office services, guest assistance, and general reception duties. Please note that the successful candidate will need to <strong>stay outside the park<\/strong> and will be responsible for their own transport to and from work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Receive and direct telephone calls, relay messages where necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Communicate effectively with guests, providing information about facilities and activities at Addo Elephant National Park.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Welcome visitors and process computerised guest reservations, including check-in and check-out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Raise and process any extra charges, ensuring outstanding payments are collected according to company policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Assist guests with reservation amendments, special requests, and close work shifts on the SANParks reservation system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Coordinate guests\u2019 requests and complaints efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Perform general administration tasks relevant to Reception and the Entrance Gate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Conduct ad-hoc administrative duties as requested by the Duty Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Occasionally perform Gate Official\/Gate Administrator duties as required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Adhere to company dress code and operational protocols.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Minimum Requirements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Grade 12 (Std 10)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-National Diploma\/N Diploma in <strong>Office Management &amp;
