This structured, work-based learning programme is designed to equip participants with commercial knowledge and practical merchandising skills within a defined geographic area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The successful candidates will report to the Account Developer and will support in-store execution, customer service, order facilitation and merchandising excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Learners must complete a minimum of 120 credits to qualify for the programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">In-Store Execution &amp; Merchandising<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Execute daily call schedules across assigned outlets<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Implement visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensure correct stock rotation and product availability<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain product visibility according to RED and execution scorecard standards<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Complete iRED survey requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Support customers in placing orders via the MyCCBA platform<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Assist with promotional activities to enhance brand visibility<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Provide relief support when required<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Interaction<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>-Collaborate with Sales Team Members on daily activities<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Receive guidance and feedback from the Sales Account Developer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Engage with consumers to understand buying behaviour and preferences<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Minimum Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grade 12 with Mathematics or Maths Literacy (minimum 40%)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grade 12 Communication in English and a second language (minimum 40%)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>South African Citizen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aged between 18 and 35<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be unemployed at time of appointment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must not be enrolled in any current learnership or full-time studies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must not have previously completed the same qualification or learnership<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be available to work six days per week<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No criminal record or adverse credit record<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must consent to criminal, ID and qualification verification<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be an Employment Equity candidate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Advantage:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Driver\u2019s licence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Post-matric qualification in Sales &amp;
