The position forms part of the Safety, Health, Environment, Protection and Security (SHEPS) department and reports to the Occupational Health Coordinator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reception &amp; Customer Service<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Welcome visitors and handle access and general enquiries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Answer incoming calls and respond to emails professionally<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Direct employees and visitors to the correct services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Appointment &amp; Medical Surveillance Coordination<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Schedule and confirm medical assessments and screenings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage clinic flow and booking processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Activate and register employees on the health system<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct inductions for Occupational Health clients<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Administrative Support<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepare and manage documentation in line with confidentiality standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain electronic and manual filing systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capture and maintain accurate data on health systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Process invoices, timesheets and minutes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform general office administration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SAP &amp; Operational Support<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Capture SAP transactions including requisitions and notifications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support statutory reporting and compliance requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Compliance &amp; Confidentiality<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Handle sensitive health information in line with POPIA<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure adherence to occupational health protocols<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">General Support<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support healthcare professionals, HR and employees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with wellness programmes and health campaigns<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain effective departmental communication<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Minimum Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grade 12 or equivalent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relevant Administrative Qualification (NQF Level 4)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valid South African Driver\u2019s Licence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Experience &amp;
