The purpose of this role is to provide professional and efficient administrative support to the team, including general office administration, time management, reporting and document control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The successful candidate will support operational effectiveness by ensuring accurate documentation, effective communication and adherence to company procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr Environment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Adhere to all health and safety standards and requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain good housekeeping practices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in SLAMs, HPHs, risk assessments and close-out of safety actions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Administration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Perform general office administration duties<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage diaries and process orders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create and follow up on SAP orders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take minutes during sectional
