This learnership is designed to provide young professionals with practical exposure to banking operations while enhancing their service, communication, and problem-solving skills within a call center environment. Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Understand the full value chain of the Voice Branch (Call Center operations).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Build and apply strong communication and customer service skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Analyse and process client information efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Resolve client inquiries professionally and promptly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minimum Requirements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

–Completed undergraduate qualification<\/strong> (in any discipline).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–South African citizen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Aged between 18 and 30 years<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Effective verbal and written communication skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
