This structured two-year graduate development programme is designed to equip unemployed graduates with institutional knowledge and practical workplace experience to enhance long-term employability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This opportunity is open to unemployed South African graduates between the ages of 18 and 35 who have completed a recognised qualification and have no prior work experience in their field of study.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that HR receives the application before the closing date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Programme Overview<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Young Professional-in-Training programme runs for <strong>24 months<\/strong> and includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Structured mentorship<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rotational exposure across functional areas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On-the-job training<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formal performance assessments every six months<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Workplace integration within TRIM departments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The objective is to build practical experience in rail infrastructure management and related operational functions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Minimum Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>B Degree or National Diploma (NQF Level 6 or higher)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain (as per programme requirements)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No prior work experience in the relevant field<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>South African citizen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aged between 18 and 35 years<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Applicants must have completed their qualification at an accredited University or University of Technology registered with the Department of Higher Education &amp;
