fixed-term learnership designed to help unemployed youth enter the job market and gain meaningful work experience within one of South Africa\u2019s leading retail groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants will receive structured workplace exposure, mentorship, and practical retail training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Minimum Requirements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To qualify, you must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be aged between 18 and 28 years<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have Matric (preferred)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be available to work a full 12-month fixed-term contract (April 2026 \u2013 March 2027)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not have been permanently employed with a single employer for more
