This programme aims to provide structured, work-based learning that builds the commercial and practical skills needed to serve customers effectively, grow sales volume, and uphold Coca-Cola\u2019s merchandising standards in retail environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Successful candidates will gain hands-on experience in the beverage industry, reporting directly to an Account Developer and working closely with the Sales Team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Execute daily call schedules at designated outlets, ensuring adherence to planned objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Implement in-store merchandising standards, including stock rotation and display alignment with brand guidelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensure product quality, availability, and visibility meet RED and execution scorecard benchmarks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Complete iRED surveys to evaluate execution standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Guide and assist customers with using the MyCCBA online ordering platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Support promotional campaigns to enhance brand presence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Provide relief support as needed under the direction of a line manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements and Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Must have completed Grade 12 with:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy (minimum 40% pass rate).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>English and a second language (minimum 40% pass rate).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>South African citizenship is required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aged between 18 and 35 years.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be an Employment Equity candidate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be willing and available to work six days per week.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be currently unemployed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must not be enrolled in another learnership or full-time study.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must not have completed the same learnership at any company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No criminal record or negative credit history.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must consent to qualification, ID, and criminal checks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A valid driver\u2019s licence is advantageous.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A post-matric qualification in Sales &amp;
