The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional driving, messenger, and administrative support services in line with SANParks policies and fleet management standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Minimum Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>-Grade 12<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Valid Driver\u2019s License with Professional Driving Permit (PDP)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Occupational Health and Safety experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Two (2) to three (3) years\u2019 experience as a professional Messenger\/Driver<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-First Aid Training<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Adhere to Occupational Health and Safety regulations at all times<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comply with SANParks Fleet Management SOP and Code of Conduct for official vehicles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report defects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Operate SANParks vehicles in line with license and PDP requirements under the National Road Traffic Act<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide general driving services, including executive chauffeur duties when required<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure vehicles are clean, roadworthy, and properly maintained<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Report all vehicle defects, incidents, or accidents promptly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage daily control of fuel and oil stock levels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transport postage, light goods, branding materials, and official documentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain accurate records of postage, consignments, traffic fines, fuel and toll slips<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete driver log sheets, trip permits, and mileage records<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct monthly inspections and annual maintenance scheduling of vehicles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support Facilities Operations with administrative duties such as printing, collating, and binding<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capture manual records where required<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide professional and reliable remuneration package includes a basic salary aligned with the <strong>Paterson B2 job grade<\/strong>, including allowances and benefits as per the SANParks HR Tariff Document and Conditions of
