This position forms part of the Youth Employment Service (YES) Programme and is designed to provide unemployed youth with valuable workplace experience in Human Resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The successful learner will support the HR Department with administrative duties while gaining practical exposure to core HR functions, compliance processes, recruitment support and employee records years<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Unemployed at the time of appointment<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Minimum qualification: Grade 12 (Matric)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Eligible under the YES Programme criteria<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Tertiary Support<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assist with interview scheduling and candidate communication<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare onboarding packs and induction
