The learner will report to the Account Developer and collaborate with the Sales Team to grow product visibility and in-store execution standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">In-Store Execution &amp; Merchandising<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Execute daily call schedules across assigned outlets<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Implement visual merchandising standards and in-store displays<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensure correct stock rotation and product availability<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain product quality and visibility according to RED standards<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Complete iRED survey and execution scorecard requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Support customers with placing orders via the MyCCBA platform<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Assist in promotional campaigns and brand activation activities<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Provide relief support as directed by management<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Minimum Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grade 12 with Mathematics or Maths Literacy (minimum 40%)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grade 12 English and a second language (minimum 40%)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be a South African citizen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aged between 18 and 35 years<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be unemployed at time of appointment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must not be enrolled in another learnership or full-time studies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must not have previously completed the same qualification<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No criminal record or adverse credit record<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must consent to criminal, ID and qualification verification<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be willing to work six days per week<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be an Employment Equity candidate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Advantageous<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Driver\u2019s Licence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Post-Matric qualification in Sales &amp;
