This role combines sales excellence with strong visual merchandising skills to create an engaging in-store experience and drive revenue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Deliver exceptional customer service using effective selling techniques<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Achieve and exceed individual sales targets<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Identify opportunities to increase sales and maximise turnover<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Build strong relationships with customers and provide product advice<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Process all transactions accurately (cash, cards, vouchers, etc.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Maintain store housekeeping and merchandising standards<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Implement window displays and in-store visual campaigns<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Execute seasonal promotions and brand-aligned displays<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Ensure all signage and merchandising elements are clean, current, and well-presented<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Follow head office visual merchandising guidelines<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Assist in stock control and prevent stock losses<\/p>\n\n\n\n Advantageous:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
