Protea Hotels by Marriott is looking for enthusiastic and service-driven Waiters<\/strong> to join the vibrant team at Protea Hotel Fire & Ice! Johannesburg Melrose Arch. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

– Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Set up, stock, and maintain service areas<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Ensure all cutlery, glassware, and crockery are clean and properly presented<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Maintain cleanliness of workstations throughout shifts<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Follow all safety, hygiene, and company procedures<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Handle guest queries and provide excellent customer service<\/p>\n\n\n\n
