This role is ideal for energetic individuals who are passionate about retail, fashion and customer service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will support daily store operations while delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining store standards in line with company policies and procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Purpose of the Role<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To assist management with day-to-day store operations, sales support and maintaining high service standards while ensuring compliance with company policies and retail procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>-Deliver excellent customer service and act as a brand ambassador<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Process sales transactions (cash, credit and other payment methods)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Assist with stock control and product flow from stockroom to sales floor<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Support merchandising and in-store display execution<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain housekeeping standards and store cleanliness<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Safeguard company assets and follow loss prevention procedures<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Monitor the sales floor and report suspicious activity<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Participate in in-store and digital training programmes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Use selling techniques including add-on sales to reach targets<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Develop understanding of store performance and product trends<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Knowledge, Skills &amp;
