Location:<\/strong> Franschhoek, Western Cape Babylonstoren is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Picker & Packer<\/strong> to join the dispatch team. This role is responsible for ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Pick products accurately according to order sheets<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Pack orders securely to prevent damage during transport<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Label and prepare goods for dispatch, including wrapping and palletising<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Conduct quality and quantity checks before dispatch<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Maintain cleanliness and organisation in dispatch and storage areas<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Complete traceability and dispatch documentation accurately<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Assist with stock rotation and inventory counts when required<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Follow all health and safety procedures at all times<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages to management<\/p>\n\n\n\n
