The Capital Hotels is hiring 4 Barmen<\/strong> across multiple locations. This role is ideal for energetic and customer-focused individuals who can deliver high-quality beverage service while maintaining excellent guest experiences in a fast-paced hospitality environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

– Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails and speciality drinks<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Deliver fast, friendly, and professional service to guests and staff<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Manage stock levels and assist with inventory control<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Ensure all drinks are prepared according to company standards<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Handle customer queries and ensure satisfaction<\/p>\n\n\n\n
