This role focuses on delivering a welcoming and engaging customer experience, ensuring smooth service flow, and supporting customers throughout their visit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Manage customer flow and reduce waiting times in front-of-house areas<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Assist customers with self-service kiosks and digital ordering systems<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Promote menu items, upsell products, and inform customers about promotions<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Monitor and resolve service bottlenecks and communicate with management<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Maintain strong coordination between staff, delivery drivers, and customers<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Ensure all front-of-house technology and systems are functioning properly<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Observe customer needs and enhance their overall dining experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n
