The successful candidate will support daily store operations, including stock handling, inventory control, and system updates, ensuring efficient material management within the plant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Receive and issue stock both physically and on system platforms.

\n\n\n\nKey Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
– Capture goods receipts and issues accurately on SAP.
– Maintain proper documentation and filing of all store transactions.
– Operate forklifts and other lifting equipment for stock movement.
– Store items correctly with proper binning and labelling.
– Ensure proper packing, stacking, and marking of all stock items.
– Conduct regular physical inventory counts and stock reconciliations.
– Assist with SAP and Coupa reporting activities.
– Maintain cleanliness and organisation of stores and stockyard areas.
– Collect materials from suppliers when required.
– Oversee deliveries and ensure correct handling of plant supplies.
– Perform reconciliation of bulk materials and vendor-managed inventory.
– Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
– Be available for standby, overtime, and weekend duties when required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
