South African Breweries (SAB) is offering an exciting Sales & Marketing Learnership opportunity for energetic and ambitious candidates who want to build a career in sales, marketing, and customer development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This programme is designed to provide learners with practical experience in customer relationship management, sales execution, merchandising, and market development within the Tavern Class of Trade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What You\u2019ll Do<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Successful learners will be responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Managing and building customer relationships with tavern owners
\u2022 Driving weekly customer calls and resolving customer issues
\u2022 Ensuring customer master data is updated and maintained
\u2022 Achieving customer sales and volume targets
\u2022 Ensuring outlets consistently buy directly from SAB
\u2022 Monitoring stock levels and product availability
\u2022 Managing stock rotation and quality control
\u2022 Executing merchandising standards and promotional activities
\u2022 Negotiating and implementing pricing and promotional campaigns
\u2022 Managing SAB refrigeration assets and merchandising equipment
\u2022 Conducting asset verification surveys
\u2022 Ensuring products are correctly displayed according to SAB guidelines
\u2022 Assisting customers with stock management systems
\u2022 Delivering excellent customer service and support<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minimum Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Diploma or Degree qualification
\u2022 Valid unendorsed Code 8 driver\u2019s licence
\u2022 Basic computer literacy
\u2022 Microsoft Office skills
\u2022 Good knowledge of the local area
\u2022 Must be willing to work weekends and flexible hours
\u2022 Must successfully complete a driver\u2019s assessment before appointment<\/p>\n\n\n\n
