Job Opportunity<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

TFG is inviting unemployed young South Africans to apply for the YES Youth Opportunity Programme<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This 12-month opportunity is designed to help young people gain valuable workplace experience in the retail industry while building skills that can improve future employment opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Successful applicants may be placed at various TFG stores across South Africa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minimum Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

– South African citizen

– Aged between 18 and 28 years old

– Grade 12 (Matric) preferred

– Available and willing to work a 12-month fixed-term contract

– Must not have been permanently employed by one employer for longer than 1 year continuously

– Must not be studying full-time during the programme period (April 2026 \u2013 March 2027)

– Must not have participated in the YES Programme before

– Accommodation and transport will be for the applicant’s own account<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Support daily retail operations

\u2022 Provide excellent customer service

\u2022 Support store teams with general retail duties

\u2022 Gain practical workplace experience and skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
