Broll Property Management is seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist<\/strong> to join the team at Jabulani Mall in Soweto. This role is ideal for an organised individual with excellent communication skills who can efficiently manage reception services, switchboard operations, visitor management, and administrative support functions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, tenants, clients, and stakeholders while ensuring the smooth operation of the reception area and boardroom facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

– Welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Manage incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate departments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Take accurate messages and ensure timely communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Operate and manage the switchboard efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Coordinate and manage boardroom bookings and meeting preparations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Handle courier services, incoming and outgoing mail, and deliveries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Maintain reception registers, records, and monthly reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Assist with administrative duties including filing, typing, data capturing, and document management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Ensure reception, waiting areas, and boardrooms remain neat and presentable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Support facilities and office administration functions as required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Liaise with security personnel and internal departments when necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Provide excellent customer service to visitors, tenants, and stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
