adidas is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented POS Specialist to join its Mall of Africa store team. This role is responsible for managing customer transactions efficiently, ensuring a seamless checkout experience, and supporting overall store operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining accuracy in all point-of-sale activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Process customer purchases, refunds, and exchanges accurately using the POS system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Handle cash, card, vouchers, coupons, and other payment methods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Ensure pricing accuracy when scanning products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Promote available payment options and customer loyalty initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Cross-sell products and recommend add-ons to increase sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Issue receipts, refunds, and change accurately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient checkout area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Track transactions and report any discrepancies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Assist with merchandise replenishment and sales floor support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Perform general housekeeping duties within the store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Support customer relationship management (CRM) and customer satisfaction initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Ensure all till documentation is completed and filed correctly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
