This is a hands-on opportunity for individuals with basic education and practical experience to contribute to the maintenance and security of government-managed areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Perform manual labour duties including <strong>routine farming activities<\/strong> and <strong>bush clearing<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Control and monitor <strong>quarantined animals<\/strong> and inspect permits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Register, stop, and search vehicles in <strong>redline<\/strong> zones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Patrol, repair, and maintain <strong>fencing and gates<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Track animal movements and ensure compliance with biosecurity rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Keep accurate <strong>records and registers<\/strong> related to vehicle movements and quarantine procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Operate basic <strong>gardening tools and maintenance equipment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Entry Requirements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Minimum <strong>Grade 8 \/ ABET Level 2<\/strong> or equivalent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Basic <strong>literacy and numeracy skills<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ability to <strong>read and write<\/strong> effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-General <strong>knowledge of cleaning, security, or gardening procedures<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Physically fit for <strong>manual labour<\/strong> and outdoor work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Good <strong>interpersonal<\/strong> and <strong>communication skills<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ability to <strong>work in a team<\/strong> and show dedication to duty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reference Number<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Post Ref No:<\/strong> FMTE12\/07\/2025<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Number of Positions:<\/strong> 7<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Apply<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Applicants must <strong>quote the reference number<\/strong> on their application.
