This large-scale recruitment offers an opportunity to contribute to the effective administration of Unemployment Insurance claims and public finance duties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These roles are essential for improving service delivery, financial control, and claim resolution within the UIF environment. Applicants with strong communication, administrative, and financial skills are encouraged to apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assess, manage, and process Unemployment Insurance claims.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain accurate electronic and manual debtor records.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate with clients, employers, and stakeholders on outstanding payments and overpayments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure all financial transactions comply with <strong>UIA, UICA, PFMA<\/strong>, and related legislation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply financial procedures according to GRAP and GAAP principles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide high-quality client service across all communication platforms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Minimum Requirements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Educational Qualification:<\/strong> Grade 12 \/ National Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong> 0\u20136 months (related internship experience is advantageous)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Knowledge of:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Unemployment Insurance Act (UIA)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unemployment Insurance Contributions Act (UICA)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Public Finance Management Act (PFMA)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generally Recognised Accounting Principles (GRAP)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Skills:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Financial and analytical skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verbal and written communication<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Time management and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Computer literacy (MS Office)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Application Process<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>All applications must clearly quote the <strong>Reference Number: CCO-2024<\/strong> and specify the post and centre applied for.
