These roles are focused on delivering excellent customer service, ensuring efficient point-of-sale operations, and maintaining merchandising standards that enhance the customer shopping experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Execute all point-of-sale (POS) operational activities efficiently and accurately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Scan merchandise, collect payments, and process ClubCard rewards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Safely handle cash and adhere to cash handling procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Promote and enroll new ClubCard members to meet participation targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Inform customers about promotions to boost sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Deliver exceptional customer service as a visible brand ambassador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain merchandising and housekeeping standards according to company guidelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Stay updated on products, promotions, and events to assist customers effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements &amp; Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Minimum Education:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grade 12 (Matric) essential.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maths 50% and English 50% at Grade 12 level desirable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Desirable: Previous customer-facing experience in retail or FMCG.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Knowledge:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Basic maths and numeracy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Retail\/FMCG operations and merchandising principles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Stock management procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Customer service best practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Skills &amp;
