The Department of Correctional Services<\/strong> is recruiting an Administration Clerk<\/strong> to provide office administration, registry, procurement and clerical support at its Armscor Building, Erasmuskloof, Pretoria<\/strong> office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n R237 453 \u2013 R279 708 per annum (Level 05)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Armscor Building, Erasmuskloof, Pretoria<\/p>\n\n\n\n -Render general administrative support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n -Capture and retrieve information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n -Manage filing systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n -Handle incoming correspondence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n -Coordinate procurement of office supplies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n -Maintain leave and attendance registers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n -Arrange travel and accommodation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n -Administer petty cash and telephone accounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n -Assist with meetings and office administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n -Grade 12 (NQF Level 4).<\/p>\n\n\n\n -No experience required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n -Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).<\/p>\n\n\n\n -Good communication skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n -Knowledge of office administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n -Planning and organisational skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n -Ability to work under pressure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Applications must be submitted directly through the employer’s official recruitment platform before the closing date.<\/p>\n\n\n\nSalary<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
