Overview<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Afriski Mountain Resort is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Procurement Clerk Assistant<\/strong> to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in stock management, procurement, and distribution<\/strong>, ensuring efficient operations within the resort. This position requires someone who is physically fit, organized, and proactive<\/strong> in maintaining inventory accuracy and stock control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure adherence to company standard operating procedures<\/strong>, including vehicle usage agreements<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Perform data entry<\/strong> of procurement and stock information (training provided).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Collate orders<\/strong>, ensuring stock values align with goods received or issued<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Arrange and allocate goods according to Company SOPs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Conduct weekly and daily stock counts<\/strong> for accurate inventory management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Allocate stock to various F&B outlets<\/strong> and manage distribution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Plan and execute weekly stock orders<\/strong> in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Deliver stock efficiently across resort outlets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain high hygiene standards<\/strong>, particularly in adherence to cold-chain policies<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure clean and hygienic uniforms and equipment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements & Skills<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

–Physically fit and mobile<\/strong>, capable of lifting, bending, and reaching frequently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Minimum age of 18 years<\/strong> with no back, leg, or arm problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Fluent in English<\/strong> (spoken, written, and reading).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Basic mathematical skills<\/strong> for stock control and ordering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ability to follow instructions accurately and work efficiently<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Fast learner<\/strong> with a willingness to adapt to the work environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Willing to live on-site if required<\/strong> and available to work overtime<\/strong> when necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Honest, reliable, and conscientious<\/strong>, with sober habits<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Strong understanding of food storage and cold-chain management<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
