This role is ideal for experienced bar professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences through outstanding beverage service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The successful candidates will prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic, non-alcoholic, and coffee beverages while maintaining high service standards, managing bar stock, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for hotel guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, spirits, beers, coffee, and other beverages to guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Deliver friendly, efficient, and professional customer service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Monitor and manage bar stock, ensuring accurate stock control and reporting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Process guest orders accurately using the hotel&#8217;s Point of Sale (POS) and Property Management System.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Recommend beverages and promote premium drinks to guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Work closely with waiters, kitchen staff, and hotel management to provide seamless service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Handle guest enquiries and resolve service issues professionally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Assist with opening and closing bar procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grade 12 (Matric).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1\u20132 years&#8217;
