The position also involves inspecting departmental vehicles, maintaining vehicle records, coordinating vehicles due for servicing or repairs, assisting with pool-car dispatches and supporting basic building operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The successful candidate will be responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensuring vehicle logbooks are completed by users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Performing daily vehicle inspections.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Checking vehicles for visible damage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recording and checking vehicle kilometre readings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Checking oil and water levels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitoring the general working condition of
