The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately capturing and managing data into company systems, ensuring data integrity, and supporting operational and reporting needs across the business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Accurately capture and input data from source documents into databases, spreadsheets, or applications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform data integrity checks and correct errors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain and update records to ensure accuracy and timeliness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organize and manage electronic and physical files.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support data collection efforts across departments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generate basic reports when required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of all data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with team members to improve data capturing processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements &amp; Skills<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Education:<\/strong> Grade 12 (Matric) required.
