Overview<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

CJ Mining Holdings is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager\/HR to lead and manage human resources and administrative operations at its diamond prospecting project in Ngope-Tsoeu (Roma). The ideal candidate will play a vital leadership role in developing and implementing HR strategies, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting overall business success. This is a 5-year contract position with a 6-month on-the-job training (OJT) program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Human Resources<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with company goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Lead training and development programs to improve employee skills and performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts or disciplinary issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Administer compensation and benefits programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain HR metrics and performance reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Lead and mentor the HR team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Oversee talent acquisition and retention strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

General Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Oversee administrative operations, including office management and procurement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Prepare and manage HR and admin budgets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure effective communication across departments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Manage contracts and vendor relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Support organizational development and strategic planning initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain a safe, efficient workplace environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Advise senior management on organizational planning and decision-making.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements and Skills<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master\u2019s Degree preferred).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and HRIS software.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Proven experience in developing HR policies and strategic planning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ability to work independently and within a team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Strong time management and organizational skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Knowledge of mining industry operations is advantageous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
