The incumbents will provide frontline grant administration services, ensuring effective and efficient processing of social grant applications, and delivering excellent client care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide customer care service at local offices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Screen and capture grant applications, ensuring adherence to beneficiary maintenance requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct administrative support, including scanning and batching of grant files.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide after-care service to clients and maintain proper records.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform general office administrative duties as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements &amp; Skills<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Education:<\/strong> A relevant undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) as recognised by SAQA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong> Computer literacy is essential.
