These roles form part of frontline service delivery, ensuring that Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF) services are accessible, efficient, and client-focused.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide client screening services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Process UIF applications and benefit claims.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Register payment continuation forms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform general administrative functions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deliver quality customer service in line with Batho Pele principles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grade 12 \/ Senior Certificate (Matric).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No prior work experience required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of: UIF Act &amp; Regulations, UIF Contributions Act, PFMA, POPIA, Treasury Regulations, Batho Pele Principles, Department of Labour &amp; UIF policies\/procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skills in:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Interviewing &amp; communication (verbal\/written).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer service and care principles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Listening, conflict management &amp; interpretation of UIF-related policies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Time management, analytical skills &amp;
