Overview:<\/strong>
GPFI Botswana Ltd is seeking a highly professional and experienced CEO Driver<\/strong> to provide safe, reliable, and confidential transportation for the CEO and designated staff. This role requires flexibility to work beyond normal hours and a strong commitment to discretion, punctuality, and security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Safely transport the CEO and staff to meetings, appointments, and events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Adapt to a dynamic schedule, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure punctual arrival and departure, factoring in security protocols.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain the cleanliness and roadworthiness of the assigned vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Conduct vehicle inspections and ensure regular servicing and maintenance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Stay vigilant for security risks and report suspicious activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Safeguard company materials and documents in transit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain accurate logs of vehicle use, routes, mileage, and maintenance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Provide on-call transport support when required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Remain calm and composed under pressure and during emergencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-0% incidents related to service delivery or misconduct<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-0% breaches of confidentiality or security<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-0% delays or missed appointments<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-0% traffic violations or accidents<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-0% vehicle breakdowns due to negligence<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Prompt and efficient response to transport needs<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements and Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Minimum of 4 years professional driving experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Experience transporting executives, diplomats, or VIPs is an added advantage<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Strong knowledge of local and regional road networks<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Clean driving record<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Experience in security-sensitive environments is a plus<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Minimum of BGCSE<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Valid Class B Driver\u2019s License<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Defensive driving certification or security training (advantageous)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
