These Clerk roles provide essential administrative support to allocated teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a high-performance, inclusive environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Handle enquiries, manage calendars, schedule appointments, and support general office functions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organise and attend meetings; take minutes and keep accurate notes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Book rooms, conference facilities, travel, and accommodation; coordinate in-house and external events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare, type, and format letters, reports, presentations, and routine correspondence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain scheduling and event calendars; manage appointments and visitor reception.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Order and control stationery\/office supplies; monitor departmental expenditures and keep records.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sort, file, cross-reference, photocopy, and print documents; maintain hard-copy and electronic filing systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capture and reconcile data from multiple internal\/external sources for management reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Distribute mail, retrieve\/deliver files, and attach relevant files to incoming correspondence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure adherence to agreed service level agreements and office procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders; answer calls and route queries appropriately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete forms and invoicing as required; compile, organise, and post records and reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Education: Grade 12<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience: 0+ years relevant administrative experience (entry-level friendly).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Skills &amp;
