Responsibilities include producing label stickers using specialized machinery, preparing packaging boxes, operating and inspecting cartridges, and managing shutdown procedures within the Explosives Manufacturing core business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Key Accountabilities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure availability and functionality of safety equipment and necessary tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Operate the plant according to established manuals and safety protocols.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitate communication between KP machine operators and mixers regarding production schedules.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adhere strictly to legislative requirements such as ISO, CIE &amp; 5S Systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in preparing the plant for maintenance and support repair activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct quality checks on manufactured products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain cleanliness and organization within the production area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Report daily production statistics and any breakdowns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update production graphs manually after daily production on designated walls.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Formal Education: Grade 12<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Minimum Experience: 3 months+ experience in Explosives manufacturing<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Certification &amp; Professional Membership: None required<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Competencies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Collaboration: Working jointly to achieve collective goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compliance: Understanding and adherence to regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Execution Capability: Proficiency in executing strategies and projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Problem Solving: Employing critical thinking and persistence to resolve issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Self-Mastery: Taking ownership of personal growth through self-awareness and feedback.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How To Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-ec4ef67d6c0ce8ed6fe1025eebfbbd86\" style=\"color:#ff0000\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/zentrofly.com\/jobs\/how-to-apply-for-sasol-plant-operator-positions-x15\/\">Click here for application instructions.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Join Sasol, where your career development and contributions matter.
