has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Position Overview<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities \/ Accountabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Participate in both classroom-based and on-the-job training in line with the learnership qualification and company requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Focus on key performance areas such as Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost, and Delivery to meet business objectives by executing standardized workplace training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Learn the proper use of tools and equipment to perform specialized process tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Follow established workplace timelines and procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Contribute to improving assembly processes by suggesting efficient alternatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide production support as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain effective communication with peers and supervisors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate integrity in all work tasks and identify opportunities for improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator complete the training program as outlined by FMCSA and MerSeta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adhere to a structured training schedule to ensure competency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete the learnership within the designated time frame.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rotate across shifts to gain broader experience during the training period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Attention to detail (ATD) while working under supervision.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organized, goal-oriented, and willing to learn on the job.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Results-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resilience and the ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grade 12 certificate with a passing grade in the following subjects:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grade 12 Pure Mathematics HG\/SG (Maths Literacy, Additional Maths, Functional Maths, Commercial Maths, and Applied Maths are not acceptable).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grade 12 English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only unemployed individuals are eligible to apply.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applicants must be under 35 years of age.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3
