The successful candidate will focus on understanding customer needs and delivering prompt and accurate services in line with the bank&#8217;s offerings and policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Attend to walk-in customers for card and cash-related services, including teller, ATM, and Moneygram transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Assess and understand customer needs to provide relevant financial solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensure that all transactions comply with the bank\u2019s policies and regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Collaborate with other departments within the branch to meet customer demands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong> National Certificate in Banking (NQF5 FAIS recognized qualification).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3-4 years of experience in branch operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of bank policies and procedures related to front-line support, foreign exchange, bulk cash, and ATM management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding of legal aspects regarding cheques and cash handling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with the functions of other departments within the branch.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Skills and
