This role includes mobilizing clients for HIV and TB services, offering counselling, and assisting with tracing and linking patients to care. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the district team to achieve the 95-95-95 targets, ensuring that no one is left behind in the fight against HIV and TB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Safely transport teams and equipment to various locations as required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to support outreach activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Conduct HIV counselling and TB screening for targeted groups such as men, adolescent boys, and children under 19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Assist in tracing patients who have interrupted treatment (LTFU).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Promote and distribute HIV self-screening kits (HIVSS) during community outreach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Conduct daily vehicle inspections, report defects, and ensure vehicle maintenance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintain client confidentiality and uphold professionalism when interacting with clients and healthcare professionals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adhere to safety regulations, road ordinances, and internal policies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform vehicle maintenance tasks and comply with the organization&#8217;s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support any additional duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grade 12 (Standard 10) is essential.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tertiary qualification is advantageous.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valid Code 10 EB or C1 driver\u2019s license with a Public Driver&#8217;s Permit (PDP) is mandatory.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advanced driving certification is an added advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>HIV Counselling and Testing Certificate is required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum of 5 years of driving experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to communicate in English;
