These include the <strong>Retail Readiness Programme (RRP)<\/strong>, <strong>Youth Employment Services (YES) Initiative<\/strong>, and <strong>bursaries<\/strong> for academic studies. These programs are designed to develop the skills of young South Africans and help reduce unemployment by equipping participants with essential work experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Youth Employment Services (YES)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The YES initiative is a partnership between businesses, the government, and labor departments aimed at creating economic opportunities for the youth. This 12-month program provides participants with on-the-job training in various areas of the retail business.
