You will also support compliance and risk management procedures to ensure the security and integrity of transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Cash Handling<\/strong>: Manage cash float, dispense and receive cash, cheques, and other financial instruments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Transaction Processing<\/strong>: Handle deposits, withdrawals, and payments while adhering to policies and security measures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Fraud Prevention<\/strong>: Stay vigilant for fraudulent activities and report any concerns to your supervisor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Customer Service<\/strong>: Provide advice on transaction processes, resolve customer queries, and guide customers on completing transaction documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Sales Leads<\/strong>: Identify sales opportunities and direct customers to Sales Consultants for further assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Compliance &amp; Risk Management<\/strong>: Ensure compliance with cash management procedures, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
