If you&#8217;re enthusiastic, dedicated, and passionate about making a difference, we want you on board!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What are we looking for?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We&#8217;re in search of a remarkable individual with the following experiences, qualifications, and skillsets:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Higher education experience (advantageous).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Previous experience in a similar position.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of client service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to operate a switchboard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional languages will be an advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Focus on client service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Professional personal presentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Highly self-motivated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent knowledge of the higher education environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reliable and stress tolerance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A clear criminal record.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As our Personal Assistant, you&#8217;ll be responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Attending to visitors and handling inquiries via phone, email, and in person.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supplying information about the school to the public, learners, parents, and clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Answering the telephone, screening and directing calls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Taking and relaying messages accurately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Greeting individuals entering the school and guiding them to the correct destination.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generating quotations and managing bookings for the conference center.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liaising with the food and beverage department.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dealing with queries from learners and clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organizing and coordinating the usage of venues and boardrooms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Updating and maintaining the telephone list for distribution to staff.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuring awareness of staff movements in and out of the school.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing general administrative and clerical support.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fully understanding the details of the group portfolio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrating a personal commitment to education and a willingness to contribute to the values and ethos of the school.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How To Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-50ff5361bf54c15e73c09b6b56dc33bb\" style=\"color:#ff0000\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/zentrofly.com\/jobs\/apply-for-personal-assistant-at-curro-hazeldean\/\">Click here for application instructions.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The successful candidate will commence on 01 March 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Don&#8217;t miss out on this exciting opportunity!
