Position: Stock & Sales Management Associate<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Stock Management:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure accurate stock entry, unpacking, and placement in the store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Monitor stock levels through regular counts and stock take processes to mitigate risks like stock loss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Implement stock management action plans to ensure optimal stock availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Oversee storeroom maintenance, ensuring compliance with housekeeping standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Assist in authorizing write-offs, breakages, product recalls, and returns, including mobile and cellular repairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sales Growth & Profitability:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

-Analyze store sales and profitability reports, collaborating with management on necessary operational action plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Track and review product performance, providing feedback to the support center to drive sales improvements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Stay updated on new opportunities to boost sales and brand awareness, including in-store marketing strategies and competitor analysis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Drive performance in key areas like credit services, insurance, and mobile product sales to achieve store targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Risk Management:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

-Assist the store manager with compliance checks across various operational processes, including stock, visual, and admin audits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including POS reports, health & safety standards, and security checks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customer Experience Management:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure the implementation of customer service processes, such as pricing updates, promotions, markdowns, and in-store displays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain a high standard of customer service through consistent execution of business instructions and feedback.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Support overall housekeeping efforts to create a positive shopping environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leadership & Development:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

-Lead and motivate the store team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and align with company goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Identify and address training and development needs, with a focus on talent management and succession planning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Recruit, coach, and manage team performance in line with company policies and procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Qualifications:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-NQF Level 4 (Grade 12) or equivalent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Strong understanding of sales and service management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Proficient in budgeting and computer skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Excellent communication skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Knowledge of the retail industry, including brand management, customer service, and mobile and insurance products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
