Overview:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

VKB Mechanization, part of the VKB Group, is looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their team in Frankfort. This permanent position provides a chance to work within the agricultural industry, supporting the internal operations of the Mechanization Branch through efficient administration and customer service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Manage petty cash transactions, including balancing and reconciliation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Complete end-of-day financial reconciliation and ensure the day\u2019s transactions are balanced and prepared for banking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Process, register, and finalize claims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Generate Goods Received Vouchers (GRVs) for stock and monitor deviation reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Conduct stock takes and ensure accurate inventory management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Receive deliveries from suppliers in accordance with company policies and procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain regular communication with internal and external customers and departments to ensure smooth operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Perform other administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as assigned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Grade 12 or NQF Level 4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Prior experience in a workshop or spares environment is advantageous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Willingness to work six days a week (Monday to Saturday).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Strong communication abilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Numerically adept with attention to detail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Thorough, precise, and accurate in all tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Excellent time management and organizational skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
